About R&A

Raven's Insight & Anvil's Strength -
Leading the Way & Forging Resilient Solutions

Raven & Anvil LLC exists to support veterans and first responders with practical solutions that strengthen personal insight, professional growth, and community impact.

Founded in 2022 by Schuyller (“Ski”) and Savanna Nagorski - then both serving in the fire service - R&A began providing GIS services. In 2024, the Nagorskis relocated to Texas to expand their mission: pursuing LCSW licensure, offering GIS services nationwide, and formally establishing Raven & Anvil as an LLC.

Rooted in lived experience and purpose-built expertise, R&A is proud to serve those who serve.

SAVANNA NAGORSKI

Savanna specializes in transforming complex data into clear, actionable tools that enhance operations and communication. She also co-founded the First Responder Liaison Network and serves as CIO, supporting mentorship and data strategy efforts across the nonprofit.

SCHUYLLER “SKI” NAGORSKI

PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR &
CO-OWNER

A former U.S. Army Ranger, tactical paramedic, and firefighter, Ski brings over a decade of frontline service to Raven & Anvil. He is an Honor Graduate of both the 75th Ranger Regiment’s selection course and Ranger School, and was named Firefighter of the Year and Outstanding Lateral Awardee at his former departments.

Now pursuing LCSW licensure through the University of Texas at Arlington, Ski focuses on long-term wellness for those who serve. He leads the First Responder Liaison Network, providing mentorship to the next generation of public safety professionals, and supports crisis response through Code 4 Northwest.

Between military and fire service, Ski worked as a Certified Master Technician (ASE) - a chapter that sharpened his problem-solving mindset and respect for precision. Across every role, he lives by four principles: tactical skill, rejecting complacency, deep empathy, and the courage to act.
